At JKS Custom Leather, we take pride in crafting bespoke leather goods that blend timeless techniques with modern design. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Customized, monogrammed, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at jkscustomleather1@gmail.com or call us at 971-930-5787 to initiate the return.
- You will receive return instructions along with a return authorization number (RMA), which must be included with your return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact us within 30 days to check availability.
- Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
